Does it certify us?
No. Certification bodies certify, and your auditor gives the opinion. We document how your processes really run and keep it true, so you arrive at the audit ready.
Which norms does it help with?
Any norm that asks you to describe your processes and who is responsible for them: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001, or a Swiss internal control system. We describe the processes; we don't test your controls.
How do we keep it current between audits?
Your team edits processes directly, and a new round of interviews refreshes the parts that changed. Every change is dated in the history, which is what an auditor asks to see.
Who can read what each person said?
No one at your company reads your interview. The map shows who described each step, so it can be checked; when two people describe a step differently, your administrators see what each said about it. Each person gets a report on their own work.
Can we use it for onboarding and handovers too?
Yes. A new starter sees how their role really works, and someone who leaves no longer takes their know-how with them. It's the same map.
